A little help please

Wanting a new brush. My first brush came in a AOS kit, then I bought a bigger Parker best badger. I am thinking its time to get a real nice brush. My Parker gets used Mon - Fri and the AOS gets used when I go to my weekend cabin as I keep it up there (Its a floppy loose ***). I use a lathering bowl and will be purchasing a scuttle soon (GT G5 or G20. Probably the G5). My fav shave is with proraso cream, poraso soap, or classic shaving cream. I occasionally use Col Conk Soap and want to try Mama Bears and Mystic. I use an EJ 89 and Merkur 23, sometimes an old tech and SS. I only use feather blades. I don't like to face lather. I'm thinking of an all around brush, I like Simpsons. Chubby 1 and Duke 3 catch my eyes. Chubby 2 and 3 are out of my price range. I think I want the Chubby 1. But, here if the funny thing. My dad was a huge John Wayne fan and so am I. I had a wonderful German Shepherd for 15 years and his name......Duke. So, the Duke 3 has an odd, weird almost sentimental name to me. I know......weird huh?
Any advice?

Timo, Chubbies and Dukes are legendary brushes and my all-time favourite badgers. The Chubby (any size) is a powerful weapon for face lathering, certainly one of the finest in the World. The Duke is equally powerful, but more versatile since ideal for both face and bowl/scuttle lathering. My hint in your case is to get a Duke in size 2 or 3.
