A good match to QED Sandal - Sandal/Rose

Hi gents,

Good to be back, really!!

In the meantime, as many of you, I recieved my tubs of QED Sandalwood and Sandalwood/Rose, the latter being a killer!!

Now, I was just thinking: how could I spend some more!!!
No, seriously, I do not seem to find a nice match to these beauties, or at least, not something up to their rank... And I do not know where to go from here.

So far, I enjoyed using my Penhaligon's BB Balm after the pure Sandal, and (please don't call me a heretic!), Mennen Skin Bracer right after the Sandal/Rose (see!? I NEED help!!).


So, of course I've been thinking of a Sandalwood splash (maybe the C&E balm when winter comes...), but would you say TOBS or D.R. Harris?
And what about the Sandal/Rose, D.R. Harris Pink, Trumper Coral, a rose hydrosol?? Or do I focus on the primary scent and am I missing some magic??

What have YOU been using?
Any suggestions welcome; I know I'll end up buying more than 2 bottles anyway...

For a really nice pure rose note, and something that lasts better than most splashes/aftershaves, SCS Savory Rose is GREAT. The splash is mentholated as well, so: rose + menthol = win. Sue als makes an aftershave milk in Savory Rose that's not as heavy as a blam, but awesomely soothing and moisturizing, and has the same great scent.
