I've decided I really like the Proraso green, but wish it was colder. So i ordered a few others, and if all else fails i'll add some m-bomb or menthol crystals.

I got them from The Shave Den. They also have tons of sampler's as well.
You like cold menthol, you should try Ingram cream, though from the looks of it (with those menthol crystals), that may not even be cool enough

I am awaiting two 100ml tubes of Palmolive Classic cream, a 150ml container of Omega croap and three 10ml samples of Taylor's cream in different scents from Connaught. My bank had a fit because I used my Master Card debit card to order from Connaught, I guess the UK is considered a questionable country by Comerica to buy from. That charge went through but four others I made later that day declined even though I have $$$ in the account to (way) more than cover the charges I attempted to make. Any future purchases from out of country will either go through PayPal or be made with my VISA issued by a CU I did some compliance work for years ago and I maintained the accounts through the years.
I would suggest buying a tub of something if you want to add crystals or menthol FO. Adding and mixing to a tube like the Palmolive shown is just about impossible (although I guess you could add the crystals to that tub of Cella). Also, take it easy on the menthol added at first as too much can really cause issues with your skin.
