5 blades and pivoting head, but not what you're thinking

First came the 5 blade razors. Then came razors with pivoting heads. But even before that, we had electric razors. Well, now we have a 5 blade, pivoting head razor.

Perhaps this should go in the Clown House forum as I'm really only posting it for laughs, but I found it really interesting.

I have seen some discussions about this razor on a few forums and it seems to be very good, especially for head shavers.

It’s only funny or stupid if it doesn’t work.

I have an Arc5 and think it’s the best electric I’ve used. Not as close as wet shaving but quick DFS.

These are considered the top competitor to Braun's higher end foil shavers and actually are known to give an even closer shave but can be more prone to cause irritation. Everyone is different, I have significantly less irritation and more even shave with a good foil shaver then I did the best de, blade, soap, brush, etc, and I shaved 'traditionally' for years.
