The 3rd Annual Sue Moore Auction
To be held on October 19th
Badger & Blade is much more than just a Website for shaving enthusiasts. B&B is an international community of individuals who share a broad range of interests related to the pursuit of some of the finer things in life. There is no finer or more chivalrous pursuit than that of helping others. One such cause is the fight against breast cancer, a disease that claimed the life of one of our founding and most-beloved members. Carrying forward in our commitment to that fight, B&B proudly announces that on October 19, 2013, we will conduct the 3rd Annual Sue Moore Day Charity Auction. Last year's event was a signal success, raising over $18,000.00 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We intend to keep that great momentum going.
We are very excited to unveil some of this year’s offerings. They are, in a word, AMAZING. Take a look below at some of the donated items that will be up for auction. There will be items big and small for everyone to bid, with opportunities for all to participate as we celebrate the life, preserve the memory, and continue the fight of a remarkable individual. It's also an opportunity to be a part of something very special at B&B and, most important, to help advance a very worthwhile cause.
So please do plan to join us as we finalize preparations for what we hope will be our most successful Sue Moore Day Auction to date.

About Sue Moore:
Sue Moore was one of B&B's founding members. A very special lady who left her indelible imprint here at B&B, so much so that she became affectionately known as "Saint Sue". We here at B&B have joined in the fight against breast cancer in recognition of Sue's fighting spirit. Sue's innumerable contributions, exemplary dedication, and inspirational friendship during her years as a member at Badger & Blade, as well as her spirit of generosity, unselfishness, and unwavering dedication to her craft exemplify the best of what B&B has to offer. Sue will always be a standard bearer for others to follow.

We know that everyone is in a different situation in life, and so we have a wide range of items available for the auction. We ask that with the auction a little less than a month away, you consider helping us with our fundraiser.
