2.5 inch Strop Caps

I don't suppose that anyone has the end-caps for a 2.5 inch strop (Tony Miller style caps) that they're willing to part with? I only need the leather caps (the hourglass shaped part with 2 holes at the top, and 2 at the bottom) I have D-Rings and Chicago screws, but not the caps, and my attempts to make them are going a little... Poorly
