1st shave today.

Well I got my Murker Progress long handle and Derby blades today.
Nice surprise. I was not expecting it till Monday.

Used it the 1st pass on 1 to make sure I had the angel of the dangle.

Then finished a couple passes on 3. Not bad, I got a lil burn in a couple places as I need to work on skill(s), but I did enjoy the shave.

Now I can not wait til I get the soap(s) I ordered Monday.
Used Williams today as it is available locally for $1.39... have been using it to practice may lather. With a Sensor Excel.

I also see a blades sample pack in my near future... lol

You know? I think I have been bit,,, yikes do not tell the lil woman....

I even took a chance when I ordered some soap and got a couple cheap DE's for 2.99 on sale from $10 as travel razors before I got my Murker. I was so sure I would like it. Seems I was correct...

Must have been bit twice...
I even bought one just because it held 2 blades...

I've been shaving with my new Merkur for about a week now with no problems, however the other day I let my guard down and started to go back to my old shaving habits and ended up with some razor burn.

Respect the blade.......
