1861 vintage Sheffield blade

Does anyone know what i should offer a guy at a pawn shop for a pair of these with boxes ( have sharpener on the box outside) good cond. ?
I am a newbie wanting to learn /get started in blade.

There is a sharpener on the box? Is it a rolls razor or a straight?

If you had the razor maker and pictures it would be easier to judge. If you are looking to start, I would recommend getting one of the frequent starter kits available on the BST forum instead of pawn shop gambling. Bargain hunting can be fun, but only after you really know what you're looking for.
