I pick this product up from a company in Maine which is very close to me seeing I am in the boston area.

I tend to get very dry skin in winter and this stuff works great and is very cheap! It does not make you breakout or make your face oily. Just put a little on and it go's right into the skin.
I have never seen this reviewed as a aftershave but it works great to keep you skin from drying out.
