I ordered this product from classicshaving.com but you can find it at most knife shops in your area. The first thing you notice about Sterol is the smell isn't quite so alcohol-ish as a lot of the other protectants are. It's more of a gel based protectant that applies easily to your blade with a careful finger. The bottle itself has a neat little applicator tip making it a little less messy. Price wise, it was about 10 bucks for a 50ml bottle. If used with the correct amount in your blades it should last you at least a year if not more. Not bad considering you would be paying more in time and money for blade repair down the road. All in all, it's a great product just remeber to rinse your blade of all residue before you use it.
