Last Meal Ribs

I decided to do another low n slow cook today.

I cooked Last Meal Ribs. Seasoned them with Memphis Dust.

Once they were cooked I used Sweet Baby Rays sauce.

Hey Joe,

Nice bark on the ribs. I love the Memphis dust rub and have a supply in my pantry at all times. My dust includes a little Rosemary and dried lemon peel. I'm not one to add BBQ sauce on any meat but I may add a touch while it's being smoked.

I use RoseMary in my tub as well.

I got home last night from work and my son asked me to do beef ribs this weekend. Said the last meal ribs were best he ever had

The 'bark' (crust), on your ribs looks awesome.

Did you do your ribs in the classic Memphis tradition (the meat gets lathered with a vinegar & water basting during cooking...and then a 'sprinkling' of Dust at the very end...then Ray's Sauce)?
