So I little while back I made this Handle out of Cocobolo & Maple
and said that it makes Me Happy just looking at it
I have been waiting for a Frank Shaving 26mm Pur Tech Fiber Silvertip Hair Knot to show up
since March. The first one was lost in transit and I contacted Ian and He sent out a replacement (thanks Ian) I will set it today and use it tomorrow
The knot went right in the cup like it was made for itView attachment 988091

So I have been able to use it for one shave so far. It was a pleasure, made lather quickly and then the face feel was very nice. Soft tips but not to soft
The backbone is very good for me and it splays with a little more pressure than my other synthetic brushes , that's a good thing for me.
Could it be my top brush? Maybe for a synthetic I will have to use it a few more times.
It has a ways to go to beat out my top Badgers.
But the Handle just makes me feel happy by looking at it
I will use it for a few more shaves and let you know with a little more observation.

I'm considering synthetic one from Amazon and very interested to know how it compares to Yaqi synthetic?
