I see it's only available in the UK that I can find. Is it something new I wonder or their parent co.'s Lord Platinum in a new box?

The Shark Platinum should be available in the USA pretty soon.

In response to my inquiry, Razor Blades Club indicated the blades should be available within 1-2 weeks, and I assume other vendors will similarly have stock in short order.

With Shark Platinums and Derby Premiums on the market, what's next, Bluebird Super Deluxe?

I am pretty much a Shark guy and use the Super Chromes mostly and will definitely be checking these out... I think $15 /100 is a little too much for them though.

If they're anything like the new Derby Premium or Dorco ST-301, then they should be a nice upgrade. The new Dorco and Derby quickly became some of my favorite blades.

Too bad I'm on sabbatical, I'd consider picking up some of those. I really like the orange Ascos I've used. The ones in the blue packs seem to be good as well, though the first one I used might have been a bit off, wasn't as smooth as all the orange ones I used.

Placed an order. I like Lord Platinum, I like Shark Superchrome; so I guess that I will like these.

Used it today. In general platinum blades work best for me and this is no exception. I’m a big fan of the lord platinum, but can’t use shark chromes or shark stainless. So, when these came along, I was excited.

Used it in a game changer 84. Shaves fairly effortlessly. I’m still in the honeymoon, but I would put this on par with a lord platinum.

Very happy.
