To identify my grandfather's Gillette Ball End / SWING

My grandfather stopped using this a few years ago in favor of the triple blade disposable Gillette razors. He doesn't remember when or where he got it, he also doesn't remember ever owning any razor before it. My grandfather was born in 1935.
