I prefer a meringue frosting consistency (no bubbles) that sticks to the brush, spreads easily, and provides a slick & smooth lather (Stirling). The brush an Edwin Jagger Silver Tip is very soft but has just enough firmness. I like the synthetic for a no muss and fuss rinse and quick dry.
