This beautiful 7/8” wide straight razor with snake wood handles was produced in Solingen, Germany, by one of the last Master Razor Makers. This wonderful piece is one of his collectors edition razors and features a fine etching of the Mungstener Bridge across the Wopper River in Solingen. The spine features nicely done forging and file work which has been gold washed. The point end of the blade has been gold washed and the end spacer has been gold plated. These razors come extremely sharp and are to beautiful to hone before you even see them up close.
