The 1946 & 47 Milord's are nearly identical except the 46 (left) has a smooth band above the TTO & no collar at the top of the knurling while the 47 has no band above the TTO and does have a collar at the top of the knurling. Both razors have flat end caps and a no notch T-bar w/wings. Both 1.91oz.
