From what I gather, usually the Triumph nibs are firmer than the open nibs, but it looks like they made flex versions of the Triumph nib. You can play darts with some of mine. Flexible ones are really really rare.
Sounds like an awesome self-defense pen. First you blind your assailant by spraying them in the face with the snorkel and then finish ‘em off with the nibThis one would probably stick in a concrete wall Doug.

Thanks for posting this link. I was about to bid on one but it is an A4. Definitely would not want that nib. The one my dad bought for me in the mid 1960’s was a flex.
