Hope I'm not reviving a dead thread here, but I really truly enjoy Rumble 59's Schmiere heavy hold water based. The scent is good, but it's incredibly strong and had a bit of an artificial/medicine smell to it. As for an oil based pomade, Lockheart's Goon Grease is easily my favorite.

Hands down best smelling shampoo and styling products I've used are Lock Stock and Barrel. Also like John Allen ocean shampoo, ABC almond shampoo and Clubman shampoo and gel.

Hi mate, just whatever liquid kind I could find in the local grocery and I transfer that to a pump. I only buy Virgin Coconut Oil though and avoid those with reduced fat or any other nonsense like that.
....
I add it to my black coffee too before workouts!

Dax short and Neat. I love this smell. It's a great pomade and leaves one's hair looking and feeling so clean.
