I remember this movie as well and always thought their shelve were kind of empty compared to real candy shops I've shopped.

The stuff we could hide in our pockets and sneak in.

I have a weakness for Sno-Caps.

Milk Duds, cuz they lasted longer. My Raisinettes were gone before the previews were over.

Least Favorites: Anything licorice.

One time I went to an art house cinema, and I wanted something chocolate to eat during the movie. All they had was carob stuff. The guy said the carob-coated peanuts taste just like chocolate-covered peanuts. They don't.

Bill Cosby did bit back in the 60's about going to see monster movies with his friend. He said they'd hide under the seat the whole movie and not watch any of it, because the monster was always too scary. At the end of the movie, he'd have a thousand black Juji Fruits all over his back. I never got that until I was about 40.
