My new scuttle came yesterday so I used it today for the first time

My first shave with an Injector and I am quite impressed! I found it very easy to "feel" the blade, and I was able to get a very close shave (maybe a little too close -- hence the cooling gel ). Of course, with the Endymion, I could probably get a close shave with the sharpened side of a wooden ruler, but that's another story . . . .

Neil those old "E" types are fine razors. You may wish to check the descriptions HERE to make the model determination. What is most interesting is that I do not believe that Schick/Eversharp used any of these model identifiers. The gentleman that wrote the guide has found general acceptance among the shaving world for his nomenclature.

I am very impressed by this Astra blade. I was able to get a nice close shave with only a single XTG pass for the whole face, and a follow up ATG pass on the neck. I had the Futur set to 2.

That's correct, Josh. Do you know "kouros" means "boy" in Greek? It also designates ancient Greek male statuary.

The last time I've used Musgo the lather was not very pleasant, but today it has been fantastic, great shave, and the lather always warm,...because I 've used the Varonia Scuttle, a one piece scuttle made in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo) a very known village for its artisans of pottery.
