Wow, you picked up the R75 SR in African Blackwood. What a beauty. I wish they would make a handle similar to the R106, but instead use the African Blackwood or Bog wood. Nice stuff!

Regarding the brush: is that the imitation ebony handle or something else? If it's the imitation ebony...well, mine has nowhere near the sheen or depth yours does. That's a beaut!

It's the standard ebony handle on all of their brushes. It is a shiny one, but I'm sure the lighting helped make it look a little brighter.

Yeah, I have really fallen for some of the new EJ/Muhle designs. I really love the shave I get, and this one may be my favorite of the three I have.

I can't tell ya, I kept missing my face and splashing it into my mouth. I would not recommend it for the morning shaves though since the scent of it may be a problem if one gets pulled over.

Not just a problem if pulled over, but also at most places of employment. I want a job at a brewery. Maybe I'll build my own in the backyard...

I went quick and dirty today.

Shave Secret + Barbarsol Cream in the Red and white can.
Schick Blue 2 blade Disposable ( I have a dozen left over before I started DE shaving). 4 passes and I got a good almost BBS shave.

The Hot shower prep ( I turned up the WH to 135 degrees F) had done more for me than almost anything else cept Shave Secret.

Finished with the Wifes Favorite Stedson. AS and 2 sprays of Cologne

Mama Bear creme brulee
Bostwick Braun & Co, 6/8 half-hollow
splash of witch hazel toner
Mama Bear winter aftershave milk (rosemary lemongrass)

You would think an aftershave that smells like a Thai restaurant wouldn't go with the soap, but it did.
