If you look really close at the image in the first post you can see Rudy's reflection in the handle taking the picture. I just thought this was neat.

Glad you enjoy it!! The smell problem can be taken care off quite easily: lather up with a nicely scented cream, and wash it out of the brush, repeat this a few times, and then its gone. Shampoo works, too, but I like to have a nice scent from a shaving cream in my brushes.
