Day and a half of stubble whisked away and a really clean BBS achieved.


The Aristo and Polsilver work really well together and I managed to do two WTG passes on the top half of my face with the Feather without slicing myself.


Very pleasing.

Good morning.

Some beautiful photographs this week, again... Thank you for putting the effort in and for sharing with the rest of us. It really is a pleasure viewing them.

My Wednesday shave yesterday consisted of a rushed and un-ceremonial one; I was running late getting out of the house:

Mühle Basic Nr. 02 shave brush with Silver Tip Fibre
Gillette Sensor with new cartridge

Speick Men after shave

Not spectecular and not even good, barely acceptable but it had to do.

The Voskhod was pretty rough, something I had noticed on this very same blade’s first shave last week in a Gillette Red Tip. Then I attributed it to the blade being fresh out of its wrapping. Today however wasn’t any better so I discarded the blade after only 2 shaves. Instead of my regular Feather, I will load a Gillette Platinum into the Vision tomorrow; I found I still had a few lying around (together with a couple of BICs and ASPs&#8230
