Did I do better this time?

Gentlemen,

While my first attempt at finding a suitable candidate for restoration was less than stellar, I think I might have done better this time. I found this 11/16 Geneva. It does have some stains on the blade and some very minor chips at the end of the blade. Is this one worth getting sharpened?

Mmmmmm...gotta love the blank canvas feel of a scaleless straight. That would look nice in some black micarta with a red wedge. Or some exotic wood. Or....
