Five shavings with the same blade - even an Iridium Super - are one too much. To me at least.
There were places in my face, where I more felt it as the blade pulled out the stubbles than cutted them.
But I succeeded. Probably because I - like others here on B&B - found some good music for my shave.
My choise was: "Coleman Hawkins encounters Ben Webster" - an album, I have had for 35-40 years.
The shave - by the way - was very much a T&H-shave:
Proraso pre-shave Cream
Truefitt & Hill Luxury Shaving Soap
Proshave-scuttle (Danish special)
Truefitt & Hill Super Badger brush
Truefitt & Hill Wellington DE-razor
Iridium Super (5)
Thayer's Unscentet Witch Hazel
Truefitt & Hill 1805 Aftershave Balm
Have a nice day, gentlemen...

Nice looking hardware/software! I just ordered a sampler pack from T&H and currently use on of their badger brushes. Does Merkur make that razor for them?
Henry and Rob, your pics are colorful, bright and sparkling, they suggest happiness and optimism,....I wish these are your feelings (and ours) today
Vasco, What a boar brush!!!! I like it a lot
