A strange mysterious creature known to inhabit the Clown House. He is usually spotted near the Penguin known as Rich, Blackfoot, and the other Clown House denizens. Occasionally, he dreams of staging a Coup D'Etat in the Czardom of Cheddar, but the thought of a domicile in the Czar's Dungeons keeps him loyal.
