iKon b1 Slant Alignment Issue

I recently got an iKon b1 slant with an oss handle and I cant seem to align the blade properly, one side always sticks out more no matter what I do. Here is a pic next to a maggard slant (right) which I am able to align properly. Is this normal or is there an issue with the razor? Thanks

I've had a B1 slant for 7 or 8 years, that is normal. It gives a great shave.

My friend, that is how its designed. It's an additional slant. Wunderbar used to be constructed like that and the original above the tie slant was constructed like that

If you take the top cap out of the equation, you will notice that the edge of the blade is perfectly aligned with the baseplate. It is the baseplate that dictates how the blade is presented to your face.

Looking closely, it does not seem to be aligned with the baseplate either, but it still provided a good shave after trying it.
