I've been wet shaving for years. I've tried a lot of soaps from both large and small businesses and have had good and bad experiences. This week I decided to go back to where I started and just bought both Proraso and Cella. Not gonna lie--when I opened them up and smelled them it was so great going back. I'm more excited to shave tomorrow than I have been in a long time.

Great move!! Proraso and Cella are often regarded as ‘classics’ because they just work!!
You can’t go wrong with either Proraso or Cella. Both are fine soaps.

Thanks! But I tried one of those sticks a long time ago and that scent didn’t work for me!
I've yet to try Cella. I need to fix that soon.

I had a really enjoyable shave with the Cella this morning. Tomorrow I'll use the Proraso.
I think smell is probably the most powerful sense to bring back memories. Glad you were able to enjoy these classics!
You should definitely remedy that oversight soon. But as @FarmerTan mentioned some people have a sensitivity to the almond scent used in it so see if Maggard’s or one of the other online vendors has any samples availableI've yet to try Cella. I need to fix that soon.
There’s a reason they’ve been around for as long as they have. They’re considered classics for a reason
