Good man for choking the first one down! I don't think I have ever had an Imperial Wheat before...

I'll always finish a freebie. He did ask me how it was, and I told him I'm not a fan of sours. My BILs all seem to be fascinated with imports. Unfortunately, that includes Heineken

The imperial wheat is from Unibroue Brewing, Chambly, Quebec.

Moon Man is about as hoppy as I like a beer to get. It's the 2nd most popular beer from New Glarus.

The restaurant calls this their chopped brisket poutine... I call it "heaven." If I ever make it there, and there's a cafeteria, this has GOT to be on the menu.

Cheese curds. Ideally, they should melt, but there's not enough latent heat in the dish to accomplish this. A variation of the classic meat 'n potatoes dish; comfort food at its best.
