We have Bury black pudding - a blood and grain sausage which is sliced and fried. Absolutely delicious.

I'm very jealous of those who've mentioned Cincinnati chilli - I've always wanted to try the 'real' thing although my own recipe is damned good, even if I do say so myself ;) but it probably doesn't taste much like it's supposed to!

Around Baltimore crabs, old bay, and a boh beer are very common. My brother puts old bay on everything. Around my way right outside Baltimore it seems to be more of a melting pot and I eat a lot of Korean food along with my own style. Which is very hard to explain.

I had no idea that Indonesian food was a strong point in the Netherlands!

Yes, it's a former colony so there's a lot of Indonesian food around here.
Strangely enough, it's often called 'Chinese'.

I guess we are lucky to have this influence in our kitchen and ingredients so ready available!
