My step dad recently cleared out a relatives home and he came across this razor. Has anyone ever came across this company before? despite the blade being old it is remarkably sharp. its in its original box but it's a bit worn lol.

looks like someone sharpened that on the grind wheels. thats too bad.

The scales might be ivory and would be salvageable.
As for the manufacturer, it looks from the scale and blade type that it might have been a luxury British brand selling blades ground in Germany. It might have been a thin full hollow, but a big chunk of the blade is gone.

Its stamped as Sheffield made. Also the scales are very flimsy and thin. Tbh they feel plastic

What a frown, though. It will take some work to straighten that one out. No doubt it is good steel, though.

Yea It's not in great shape. I may try to restore it. It came from an old mans house and he used to use it years ago. I may out-source the restoration as I am currently working on another razor.

Also I think fixing this blade may beyond my own abilities
