I have some laminated copies of check-off sheets that I want to reuse. What is a good fine-point pen that will write well on plastic, but can be erased with a dry eraser or with alcohol or water? Dry erase pens? Sharpies?

if it's a hard plastic laminate, Staedtler non-permanents, and if it's not seeing daily or seriously repetitive use.
if it's daily or high volume use, I found placing some satin or dull clear, not glossy/shiny scotch tape onto the laminated surface in the areas used, and using a pencil lasted longer. replacing the scotch tape is easier than a making a new laminated sheet when you wear through them erasing.
