Born in '82 and I agree, 80's TV was awesome! So many good ones! You must have been born around 76 also.
When I was a kid, Knight Rider, A Team, Street Hawk, Blue Thunder, Miami Vice, Airwolf, Hunter, and a few others. I liked the early and mid 80’s quite a bit for TV.
Awesome choices!Rifleman, Have Gun-Will Travel, Wyatt Earp, Cheyenne, Sugarfoot, Maverick, Gunsmoke, Lone Ranger, Wanted: Dead or Alive, RawHide, Wagon Train...you see where this is going...right? Plus Nichols (with Garner)
I remember watching The Little Rascals on this guy's show:
Joe Bolton (television personality) - Wikipedia

I remember hearing The Whistler And His Dog
and I think Wikipedia got the date wrong about when WPIX lost
The Little Rascals in 1958, because I am from 1960.
Back in those days, cops used to like to twirl their billy clubs
as they strolled on their beat.
One day officer Joe walked into frame twirling his club
and he accidentally smashed one of globe lamps on his police chief desk.
I have to add :
The Wild Wild West.
I was always and still am attracted to guns and knives. That show was packed with everything I liked.
I remember losing my mind when she finally said David. We were happy with so little from TV, back in the day.She never said my name on the Magic Mirror,
and Pete was never an uncommon name.
Artemus Gordon was my hero, not James West (I was a geek at an early age)I think they originated the Robert De Niro, Taxi Driver sleeve gun.
