Lupo 72 w/ Bic CP. Fantastic! I'm finding it hard to want anything else.

Lupo.72 is all I use now. Will probably get a spare.
I just have to try a 58. If it's anything like this, albeit smoother for a 1 day shave, I'm done. I need to quit blathering on about it, and just hit the checkout button!

Today was a 10 day shave. I had been using TOBS Tobacco Leaf for a few months, but I still struggled with consistent lather.
I thought it was maybe the slightly hard well water in my home, but had similar issues with soft water. So I got a tube of Proraso Red in the mail as a "hold over" while I do research and get some soap samples.
Was very pleasantly surprised by the slickness. With heavy growth, the first pass was ridulously easy, I had to check if it was even cutting! It did and a I got a superb shave.
Proraso and Astra are staples for a reason. TOBS was nice, but Proraso is superior for me. YMMV
