What I Just Saw Out My Back Window

I'm upstairs on the computer screwing around like I do when I see seven Whitetail Deer trotting along at a fairly good clip along the edge of the property but in the farmers field. All seven deer had their tails up. A few moments later I see a coyote quickly followed by another one tracking said deer. One of the coyotes comes a few feet onto our property trying to sniff out the deer but just as quickly goes back into the farmers field and they both go off on the hunt for some venison.

I just thought that you guys would like to hear that.

Very cool! We get deer in our yard on a fairly regular basis, but coyote sightings are infrequent (fortunately).

Sounds cool. I live in a city, our neighborhood has 1/2 acre lots, so some amount of space. On my morning walk yesterday, saw a nice 8 point buck just chillin' in front yard of house 3 doors down. We live close to a creek, so we see deer quite frequently.

At this point I'd rather shoot a coyote; deer won't eat my cat.
