Got back into SR shaving after a 20 year hiatus with it and my stones.
Recently acquired a Wade and Butcher from Ebay. (My first.) Am somewhat familiar with their history and product line after looking at them for the last 20 years, but this one is stumping me. I've looked at history catalogs and time frames from 1820s to mid 1900's. It seems that this particular one resembles an late 1870s to 1890's "Army Razor" but it's sweep on the spine and tang suggests resembles early 1900's. The first picture is the closet one that resembles mine that was for sale on razor emporium.com. The second pic is mine. Any info is greatly appreciated.
