Anyone make them before..?

I have a formula's for a Chile and bourbon flavored truffles..I'm going just do 1/2 batch to start with..It should make 12 or less 1" truffles..

Chile and bourbon? Definitely sounds intriguing. I've never ventured into candy making, but maybe hopefully someday.

Didn't make them, my lovely wife gave them to me as a Valentines Day present. Pecan = bourbon, white chocolate = apple pie moonshine, and I think the candied coffee bean = Kahlua. I believe the second layer has some peach schnapps in there.

The bourbon and apple pie moonshine balls are delicious. Haven't tried any more yet. I am a lucky man.

Truffle making is definitely an art that I am terrible at! This one thing I leave to the pros.
