Month long soap journey, Day 23 (one week left!!!):

Shower + Proraso Pre / DR Harris Almond SS / Omega 48 / 6/8 Le Grelot / Aqua Velva AS / GFT Limes Skinfood

Three new things today in the shave:
1) Proraso Pre - I (heart) Proraso Pre. I love, love, love the smell of Proraso shave cream and this is even better and I get to use it everyday. Life is good.
2) Omega 48 - Holy moly, this brush feels like a long wet firm noodle. It is quite the experience. Not sure how I really feel about it just yet.
3) GFT Limes Skinfood. A free sample from long ago ... meh.

Blade: Red-pack Personna (day 1 - I think I'll start using a new blade every day)
Soap/Cream: C&E Sienna shave soap (you read that right - soap*)
Brush: C&E BBB
Aftershave: Old Spice AS
Cologne: Old Spice Cologne

Three passes, really working on a light touch - and it is working out well. VERY nice, smooth shave - a DFS.

* I though I was destined to use creams only, as I've never been able to get soaps to work well. I was watching some Mantic videos last night and re-read Kyle's face lathering post, and I decided to try face lathering again. Something must have clicked this time, because I generated really good trial lather last night, and it carried over to today's shave.
