Using the TRC razor is like giving my face a day off shaving. Easy shaves with not even a hint of facial trauma or irritation. Not the closest shave, but very good.

please allow me to introduce the latest addition to my collection: The Merkur Futur 702 with a marvelous gold finish.

The Merkur had its debut today together with a Gilette Platinum blade. The shave was very comfortable with passes at 3 (WTG), 1.5 (ATG), 1.0 (touchup).

A wonderful DFS+ that lasted long into the evening.

The 7o'clock Stainless really sharpened up after the first shave. Had to dial back the the razor a bit because it was intense.

TFS lather is luxurious without being too cushiony. Smells extremely good.

The new addition to my roster, the DSC AX Titanium head with a blade gap of 1.55 mm paired with the DSC Ti Destroyer handle, provided for a lovely DSF+ on its first use. I'm genuinely impressed with the efficiency of this razor. It's a bit difficult to accurately judge a razor after only one use, but the first impression is: light, very direct, not as aggressive as I initially thought, and extremely accurate providing exceptionally good feedback during the shave.

Slight irritation on the neck as I went overboard with the buffing, but otherwise no weepers and no nicks.

I love to add occasionally a bit of Speick shaving cream to my soap lathers for a super lather and this was an absolutely amazing soap cushion for today's shave.

The Friday shave was concluded with my relatively new POLA Galantom II after shave which provided additional skin care and a refreshing scent which matches very well with Bleu de Chanel.

Friday Morning Whisker Obliteration

I've heard these Feather FSH-10's are only good for a few shaves. This one pretty much got through
the shave but it definitely needed to go afterwards. Overall a decent shave.
