Crunches 5 x12
Ab wheel 5 x10
High m/c pulley weight crunches, 20kg-12x5, 30kg-8x5, 40kg-4x5
Various stretching to cool down with.
By the way tomorrow is a day off from exercise as its MY FINAL MORTGAGE PAYMENT!!! and Mrs McB and I are going out for a meal as a little celebration.
