@Nicholas Eldridge Some forum posts do not count towards your post count. I see that you have 10 posts so you should be able to PM another member. When you look at their profile you should have a Start Conversation box. Click on that and away you go.

The software sometimes takes a little bit to catch up. Check periodically and it should refresh fairly shortly.

I hit refresh just there and the conversation box has now appeared
