Windows 11 just upgraded their photos to High-Efficiency Image Format (HEIF) which didn't work for me transferring pictures from my iPhone to Windows 11. The new format did not allow me to upload onto forums (B&B,etc) so I did some Google searches and you can convert HEIF to JPEG by doing an edit. On edit highlight the photo and go to the drop down and select (jpeg) or others. That works great.
