When we were cleaning out my grandparents place I found a few of my Grandfather's DE's, brushes and Straights. I went to Ebay to see what they were worth (I thought I hit the jackpot) but as you all know wealth is relative. Anyway, I at least learned enough of the proper terminology to find this forum. I was quite surprised to see you can still get blades and people still use DE razors. Being an "old school" kind of guy, and with cartridges being so expensive, I thought I would give wet shaving a try. Boy am I glad I did. I'm still working on my technique, but it's been a blast learning. Besides, it’s kinda cool to use my Grandfather’s stuff. I would like to say Thanks to everyone here, you have helped me immensely

Craig, we're glad your here and enjoying the shave. I, like you was very surprised to find out just how many folks actually are back to using the good ol' DE razors. It has been nothing short of a pleasure since...

Welcome to B&B....:001_smile
