Sampling La Petite Prairie and Weinstrasse, left and right.
The dry-down of La Petite Prairie reminds me of something my mother (and/or her mother) wore. Question then is, do I want to pay $1.17 a milliliter for bittersweet nostalgia?
Weinstrasse further illustrates the diversity of fougère (or the use of that label) across the Chatillon Lux range. I've become very enamored of La Forêt de Liguest, whereas TSM Fougère seems just OK, and Weinstrasse strikes me as strange and unrewarding.
Probably not much insight in that, but this is a subjective affair, isn't it.
What, you don’t enjoy the smell of soiled diapers, oranges and roadkill? IT’S ART!
But seriously I think my big bottle will outlive me, I wear a spray every few months, when I’m sure I won’t have to get out of the house. It keeps me honest.
