Dubl Duck Abalone on Red Acrylic

This Dubl Duck Special Number One is 6/8 width.

Scales are abalone on red acrylic from MaseCraft.
Pinned with nickel rods, small stainless washers that I gave mild doming.
Wedge is acrylic brown with white specks, that I think blends well with the abalone.

This other pic were 4 in shell that were done at that time. Group photo not to great to show off the colors...my camera skills suck.

Left to right, abalone(on black), paua (on black), abalone(on red) and celluloid abalone.

Wedges on the first three were acrylic, Right side one from gold. Gold flakes mixed with resin.

Pins on first three stainless washers, nickel rods, except right one is brass stars from beads with brass rod
