So, I've stopped lifting weights but kept eating... Lol. Needless to say, clothes are getting tight and that was AFTER I sized up my wardrobe already. I feel disgusting, frankly, nothing worse than starting to bust out of clothes. I'm returning to my tried and true, keto with some intermittent fasting worked in. Through the years, it's been by far the fastest, most effective method for fat loss for me. It's so easy and eventually ends up killing my hunger cravings, all together, provided I don't 'cheat' too often.
I created this thread to keep the motivation going. Sometimes it's hard to resist a few carbs (and I'm not saying to avoid carbs, just on this particular eating regimen), so there needs to be some mental strength in there, as well. Another reason is for the mood and energy stability, anti depressive effect and somehow an improvement in my ADHD.
Anyone else still on keto? I'm also watching tons of food videos and instead of just getting hungry, I'm taking inspiration from them and turning previous favorites and making keto friendly versions. I'm a burger fanatic, so today I made a version of a mushroom bacon swiss burger by essentially keeping it the same, except putting everything on a low carb (xtreme wellness) tortilla. Damn good stuff! Per my recipe, the macro breakdown is about 25g pro, 10 net carbs and 24 fat; about 360 calories. Note this is currently 'dirty' keto
So, who is with me?
