6/8 Wusthof Trident in Blonde Horn

Here is a Wusthof that I picked up which needed a polish and some new scales. The scales are honey / blonde horn with a black horn wedge and brass pins. I wanted a nice round, smooth shape this time - thanks for looking.

The guys at Masecraft hooked me up. They don't always have the translucent available though.

I really like the way those scales turned out. I noticed they look a bit shorter than traditional scales, but it works. I need to drop the guys at masecraft a line, I have a Boker in need of some honey blonde buffalo scales. Thanks for the beautiful pictures.

I have a Dorko with some Max scales and they are so smooth, round and fluid that I just love. It seems like more angular shapes are in vogue nowadays (which I like), so it was kind of fun to go for something rounder looking.

Wusthof is one excellent straight razor! One of the best shavers I tried!
