There was one thing that I thought was strange. On the first blade I pulled out of the pack of 100, the wrapping had what looked like some green ink on it.Second wrapped blade had it too, third blade did not. No idea. As far as I could tell everything else seemed legit.
Uggg. Hopefully it isn’t mold.
So now the list is down to fake or a third party repackage.
Crazy how they do this. If that is not dumping, then I don’t know what is.
It's a loss leader to get you signed up as a customer. After the "welcome deal", those FlyDears go up to $5-$6.50, so it is very much profitable for the seller on AliExpress. I believe the local Chinese price is about $2.
100 Loi, 100 Sharp Titanium. They were on sale and I like the Loi. The Sharp Titanoum are either the same blade in a different wrapper or slightly sharper. As far as asinine impulse buys go, this was good.

I may have been too hasty in my judgement.
Saw the following picture in another thread and the green stain on your tuck looks very similar to the color of the wrappers of the newly renamed blades from the same plant:

So I did some digging in an attempt to clarify the current Personna / AccuTec branding change and present some accurate and current information. Neither of these brands did, or currently cater to the 'public' hence website information is sparse and commerical/industrial orientated. Part numbers...

Astra Green (India). 500 blades. Reason: price. (7 cents). Justification: the only blade that's even close to Feather for sharpness. At a fraction of the cost. Feathers are currently 50 cents. This isn't a hobby, it's a disorder. 
The last package of 100 blades I bought on Amazon a 100-block of Sharp 7 am because encouraged by the low price I am curious to try and test them.

100 each of my two favorite DE blades… Kai & Feather.
I spent all of February using a single Dura Sharp for a One Blade Challenge. It's a good blade and very sharp initially though the fall-off after 1 or 2 shaves is fast. I was eyeing those low AMZ prices, but I didn't need any more Treets. I did get a pack of the Cloud Bruce Lees just for the giggles.
Lab Blues. My preferred blade in all of my DEs and they are still fairly cheap, compared to the replacement AccuForges.
We need the people that decoded the Enigma machine during WWII to look into Personna blades so we can finally figure out which ones are which and where they are made. May not happen because they're all probably dead.Unfortunately, these are the only photos I took. I didn’t notice any spelling errors on them. The 120 packs had what looks like the German made blades, which are good blades don’t get me wrong but not what I wanted, already have a handful or two of those. The straight 100 packs have unmarked blades in them. First shave with one of those is what made me question the authenticity.

I have 600 of the Personna USA blades I bought on Amazon months ago. I'm waiting for the dust to settle before I would be tempted to add any of the new AccuTec offerings.
100 Chinese Flydear blades. Why? Because AliExpress had a deal and I got them for $1.29 including tax and free shipping. If they suck, then I'm out that. If not then I got a great deal.
@cranewarrior , I just shaved with a Tweet Dura Sharp in the dark blue tuck.... I used the Athena for their maiden voyage. I have to say.... I wasn't disappointed and glad I got them for the price I did. They'll find a permanent place in my small blade stash.
