Oven-baked Baby back ribs, baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives, baked green beans seasoned with onion, bacon and bacon grease. Everything turned out fine, which is good because I wanted to smoke the ribs but it was too windy. I've learned how to bake them in the oven to where they taste liked they've been smoked lightly.
